Bright Billiard Blue is a Harley-Davidson OEM paint color offered for the 2023 model year only. It is a bright metallic blue with fine flake, noticeably brighter than the darker 2019 Billiard Blue, which is a separate non-metallic color.
It appeared two ways from the factory: as a solo color on the Sportster S, Nightster Special, and Road King Special, and as the Bright Billiard Blue and Billiard Gray two-tone on the Street Glide Special, Road Glide Special, Road Glide Limited, Heritage Classic 114, Freewheeler, and Road Glide 3, in both chrome and blacked-out finishes.
Harley solo color code EXB; the two-tone combination carries code EXK. Mixed to PPG's official Harley-Davidson color formula for factory-accurate color. Available in ½ pint, pint, quart, and gallon sizes.
