Factory-Match, LLC provides paint products professionally formulated using PPG's Harley-Davidson Factory Pack Program. While we use factory-accurate formulations, color appearance may vary based on application method, surface preparation, lighting conditions, aging of existing paint, and other factors outside our control. FACTORY-MATCH, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL PRODUCE AN EXACT COLOR MATCH TO ANY PARTICULAR SURFACE OR EXISTING FINISH. All sales are final once a product has been formulated and shipped. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FACTORY-MATCH, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM COLOR MATCHING RESULTS, APPLICATION OUTCOMES, OR PRODUCT PERFORMANCE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
