Is the paint ready to spray?
No. All paint must be reduced prior to application. Reduction should be selected based on spray conditions and environmental factors. We recommend using an appropriate PPG Deltron® reducer for ambient temperature and shop conditions.
Do I need to catalyze the paint?
Catalyzation is not required, but it is strongly recommended to improve durability and performance. Use of a compatible PPG catalyst is advised.
How many coats are typically required?
Most colors are designed to achieve full coverage within three to four coats. Results may vary based on surface preparation, spray equipment, and application technique.

Do you match custom colors?
No. Factory-Match specializes exclusively in OEM-correct color matches. Custom color development is not offered at this time.
How long does it take to ship?
All products are mixed to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for production prior to shipment.
If a required toner is backordered, you will be notified with an updated lead time.
What clear coat should I use?
Any PPG Refinish clear coat is compatible with our paint systems. Factory-Match does not currently sell clear coat products.
Where do you ship?
We ship via ground service only to the continental United States (excluding California).
What if my paint does not match?
Color variation can result from factors outside of material formulation, including part history, substrate differences, or application variables. For color evaluation or troubleshooting, PPG Technical Support is the appropriate resource.
Do you accept returns?
We cannot accept returns.
What surfaces can this paint be applied to?
Factory-Match supplies professional-grade refinish products. Proper surface preparation and substrate compatibility are essential. If you are unsure whether a material is suitable, consult a qualified paint professional.
